Welcome to our little hymn of rage that was born out of numerous situations, in which white cis-male persons in the world of music denied that the system, we live in, attributes them privileges. They were (and are) not willing to see and challenge their privileges.
If we wanna change this. If we wanna get to a juster and diverse music scene, we have to speak out loud and to push marginalised groups instead of reenforcing already existing white cis-male networks.
... We write this in plain conscience, that we respectively our behaviour, in this regard, is, unfortunately, far from perfect. It’s a continuous process ...
